Nebraska track and field senior Will Lohman was named the Division I winner of the prestigious NCAA Elite 89 award on Friday night at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Three more members of the Nebraska track and field team took part in the NCAA Track and Field Outdoor Championships on Friday evening at Hayward Field.

The Nebraska track and field women took the stage at the NCAA Outdoor Championships on Thursday, the second day of the four-day meet.

The Nebraska track and field team began action at the NCAA Track and Field Outdoor Championships on Wednesday at Hayward Field on the University of Oregon campus.

The Nebraska track and field team will travel to Eugene, Ore., for the NCAA Outdoor Championships, which start on Wednesday, June 10 and conclude Saturday, June 13.
